What should you do before taking your mobile phone for repair?

Remove the SIM card

- Get it ready and go. All the information you had on your phone before you reset it will magically appear again.

- Connect your device to a Wi-Fi network.
- Go to Settings > [your name] and tap on iCloud .
- Click on iCloud Backup .
- Click Backup Now. You will have to stay connected to a Wi-Fi network until the process is complete.
